Do you have a physical nursery or store?

We currently operate online only via our website or social platforms. But we may have a space for walk-ins in the near future. So, stay tuned for more updates!

Is there something wrong with my plant?

Reach out to us on social media and send us a clear photo of your plant(s) or its' troubled area(s). We'll gladly help and provide you advice on what to do next.

How do I make payments?

​You will need to bank-in or transfer online to our Maybank bank account. Then share to us our bank-in slip and we'll process your order 3-5 working days.

How do you ship plants?

We provide 4 methods of delivery - Standard, Personal, Self Pickup and Delivery on Demand. Learn more about these methods on our homepage by clicking here.

How do I know what is suitable for me?

Don't worry! Drop us a message on one of our social media and we'll help you out. We start by asking some basic questions and we'll advise you from there :)

Can I pick up my plants at Bazaars?

Yes, of course! Place your orders and pick them up at Bazaars that we will be at to save on delivery costs. This option is only available if JustPlant attend Bazaars.
