Do you have a physical nursery
or store?

We currently operate online only via our website or social platforms. But we may have a space for walk-ins in the near future. So, stay tuned for more updates!

How do I make payment?

You will need to bank-in or
transfer online to our Maybank bank account. Then share to us your bank-in slip with us and
we'll process your order 3-5 working days.

How do I know what is suitable for me?

Don't worry! Drop us a message on our social media and we'll help you out. We start by asking you some basic questions and we'll advise you from there :)

Is there something wrong with my plant?

Reach out to us on social media and send us a clear photo of your plant(s) or its' troubled area(s). We'll gladly help to check on your plant(s) and provide you advice on what to do next.

How do you ship plants?

We provide 3 methods of delivery: Standard, Personal and Self Pickup. Learn more about these methods by clicking here.

Can I pick up my plants and items at Bazaars?

Yes, of course! Place your orders and pick them up at Bazaars that we will be at to save on delivery costs.

 

This option is only available if JustPlant are attending Bazaars.
